今次又用高蛋白麵包黎做一道簡單既早餐/下午茶😚 同平時既Grilled Cheese唔同,麵包表面搽既唔係牛油,而係低卡蛋黃醬,出黎既效果同味道都好好!鍾意食芝士既其實可以落多幾塊,每塊都係大概30卡炸!
📋材料 Ingredients: (1 serving)
-2 pcs @thinslimfoods 高蛋白吐司 High Protein Bread (Bought from @ksquarefood )*
-15 g -80%蛋黃醬 -80% Mayo
-2 pcs 脫脂芝士片 Fat Free Cheese Slice (喜歡芝士的可多放幾塊 You can put more cheese if you want)
🍳做法:
1. 將蛋黃醬塗在麵包的其中一面
2. 麵包下熱鍋(塗蛋黃醬的一面朝下),表面放上芝士片,再放上一塊麵包(蛋黃醬一面朝上)
3. 關蓋小火烤約3分鐘,之後翻面,再關蓋烤約2-3分鐘
🍳Steps:
1. Spread mayo on one side of the bread
2. Place bread with mayo-side down onto a hot pan, put cheese slices on the bread, then place another bread with mayo-side up on top
3. Close the lid and grill for 3 mins with low heat, then flip side, close the lid and continue to grill for 2-3 mins
